The antenna is directional, but don’t let that put you off as we will tell you exactly where to point it. A full location survey is available with every purchase and since the antenna has a 90-degree field of view it’s really easy to set up.
A directional, rather than omnidirectional (360 degrees) antenna allows you to not only reach masts further away but also single out an individual mast which may provide a faster speed than one much closer to you.
Your router has two antenna sockets, the 2×2 MIMO, which means there are two cables and two SMA plugs for connection into the back of your router.
